Procurement Buyer (Electrical)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Procurement Buyer to manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities for project‑based initiatives in Tel Aviv. The role combines supplier sourcing, contract negotiation and close collaboration with internal teams and international vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full procurement cycle: source suppliers, request and analyse quotes, compare prices, negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
• Handle operational purchasing tasks including purchase order creation, delivery tracking, invoice approval and schedule monitoring.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional internal teams and both local and overseas suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Operate ERP systems, preferably Priority, to maintain accurate procurement data.
• Extract, analyse and report procurement data using advanced Excel techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the electrical, electronics or renewable‑energy sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or Practical Engineering diploma in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field.
• Proven track record of commercial negotiations and vendor management, including work with subcontractors.
• High proficiency in English and advanced Excel skills.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems; Priority experience is a strong advantage.
