Principal QA Architect – Secure Cloud Access

About the role

We are seeking a Principal QA Architect to lead quality initiatives for our strategic Cloud Security product. In this senior position you will shape testing processes, drive automation, and ensure high‑quality releases across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement end‑to‑end QA strategies, including integration, regression, and load/performance testing.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of QA work procedures, guidelines, and testing tooling stacks.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams from requirements gathering through release, ensuring quality at every stage.
• Own CI quality metrics and dashboards, monitoring build stability, test flakiness, and regression coverage.
• Drive an automation‑first approach, partnering with developers to make code testable and observable.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for escaped bugs and define corrective actions.
• Manage the quality backlog and act as the primary point of contact for all quality‑related matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality initiatives for complex software products.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of cloud security solutions, target use cases, and customer value.
• Ability to proactively define processes and foster a quality‑first culture.
