QA Engineer

About the role

As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for validating and improving RAD’s products, ensuring high quality. You will work in Be’er Sheva, collaborating with development teams in an agile environment with a hybrid work model (once a week on‑site).

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases based on system requirements.
• Identify, investigate, and report software bugs, tracking them through resolution.
• Create and maintain clear test documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to provide QA input throughout the development lifecycle.
• Communicate risks and quality concerns that may impact future releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of networking and network protocols (TCP/IP, ARP, NAT, OSPF).
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in manual software testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Linux OS (advantage).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (advantage).
• Team player capable of working independently and proactively.
