Principal Product Manager - AI Security

About the role

BigID, a startup focused on data security, compliance, privacy and AI data management, is hiring a Principal Product Manager for AI Security in Tel Aviv. You will own the AI security offering end-to-end, from vision to execution, expanding market leadership in securing all data types and applications with a focus on AI and GenAI deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the AI security offering, covering data loss prevention, data access governance and securing data used in AI/ML and GenAI systems.
• Work with customers, senior leadership, engineering, marketing and customer success to shape a market-leading solution.
• Evaluate the security product internally and externally, including AI data governance.
• Support sales initiatives and represent the product in customer engagements and strategic conversations.
• Communicate priorities to engineering so that features and improvements align with customer needs.
• Work with design partners and early adopters to validate market fit and adoption.
• Help resolve customer escalations with support, sales and success teams.
• Track and report KPIs to spot trends and areas for improvement.

Required profile

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior cybersecurity role, ideally data security.
• Deep knowledge of the enterprise security landscape, buyer personas and competitive dynamics.
• Experience with design partners, large enterprise customers and CISO-level conversations.
• BS in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Experience securing AI/ML data pipelines or GenAI applications is highly desirable.
• Strong technical acumen.
