אודות התפקיד

לחברה בקיסריה דרוש/ה מתאמ/ת Pharmacovigilance. המשרה מלאה במשרדינו בקיסריה.

אחריות מרכזית

דיווח תופעות לוואי כולל איסוף, תיעוד, מערב ודיווח שוטף של תופעות לוואי בהתאם לנהלים.
סקירה ומעקב אחר מידע בטיחותי, סיגנלים, סקירת ספרות.
ניהול ותחזוקת הסכמי בטיחות מול שותפים וספקים.
ביצוע הדרכות עובדים והטמעת נהלי PV בארגון.

פרופיל נדרש

אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד – כתיבה, קריאה ודיבור (חובה).
דייקנות גבוהה, יכולת ניהול משימות מרובות ועבודה מסודרת תחת לוחות זמנים.
יתרון משמעותי לניסיון בתחום ה‑PV או בתחום הבטחת איכות/רגולציה.
זמינות למשרה מלאה במשרד בקיסריה.
