Outbound Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

As a Marketing Operations Manager at Datarails, you will play a pivotal role in driving GTM AI adoption, lead generation, process optimisation and data management for our outbound sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage automated outbound platforms, AI callers, and integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, including list building, enrichments and reporting.
• Lead AI‑driven innovation for the SDR outbound function, redesigning workflows and implementing AI solutions.
• Develop and monitor GTM automation tools such as Clay, Warmly, Zapier/Make and Chilipiper to enhance marketing automation.
• Oversee the outbound SDR funnel, track KPIs, conversion points, SDR assignments and performance analysis.
• Administer the company’s HubSpot account and deliver lead attribution and SDR analytics.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of marketing operations experience in fast‑paced B2B environments.
• Advanced expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), Salesforce and AI tools focused on outbound processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Zapier, Make, Clay, n8n or cloud‑code solutions.
• Proven AI advocate who has implemented AI tools to optimise marketing or sales operations.
• Experience in SDR/BDR roles is a plus.
• Quick learner, highly motivated, technical problem‑solver and team player with excellent English communication.
• Ownership mentality and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
