דקסל פארמה, חברת הפארמה הפרטית הגדולה בישראל, מחפשת מנהל תכנון ובקרה מו"פ לאתר אור עקיבא. בתפקיד תוביל/י את התכנון ובקרה לכלל פרויקטי הפיתוח באתר, תוך עבודה בצמוד להנהלה.

אחריות מרכזית

ניהול תוכניות עבודה, דוחות הנהלה, ביצועים ותחזיות, בניית מצגות והובלת דיונים
ניהול ובקרה של תקציבי הפיתוח והמשאבים
הובלת שיפורי תהליכים, זיהוי ופתרון צווארי בקבוק וחסמים
תיאום מול ממשקי המו"פ

פרופיל נדרש

תואר ראשון רלוונטי
היכרות עם עולם הפארמה האינובטיבי וניסיון בניהול פרויקטים מורכבים
ניסיון בסביבת פארמה, ביוטק, מכשור רפואי או תעשייה עתירת רגולציה
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה ושליטה טובה ב-Office
