אודות התפקיד

הקשר למרכז/ת גיוס זמני כולל הובלת תהליכי גיוס מקצה לקצה למגוון משרות באתרי הקבוצה בצפון, תוך דגש על חוויית המועמד לאורך כל שלבי הגיוס.

אחריות מרכזית

הובלת תהליכי גיוס מקצה לקצה למגוון רחב של משרות באתרי הקבוצה בצפון.
אחריות על חוויית המועמד לאורך כל שלבי הגיוס, כולל פניות, ראיונות, תיאומים וקליטה.
עבודה שוטפת מול הנהלות המפעלים, HRBP ומנהלים מגייסים.
הובלת שיתופי פעולה עם מוסדות אקדמיים במסגרת תוכניות סטודנטים.
שותפות והובלה של פרויקטים רוחביים במחלקת הגיוס.

פרופיל נדרש

תואר ראשון בתחום רלוונטי.
ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בגיוס.
ניסיון בביצוע ראיונות עומק.
ניסיון בסורסינג ובאיתור מועמדים ברשתות החברתיות.
הובלת תהליכים מורכבים ועבודה מול מגוון ממשקים.
השפעה ללא סמכות, עבודת צוות וחיבור לאנשים.
נכונות לנסיעות בין אתרי החברה בצפון.
רישיון נהיגה ונכונות לעבודה הכוללת רכב צמוד.
