תיאור התפקיד:מתן תמיכה לארגון בתחומים:* התקנת מחשבים, אספקה והחלפת ציודי קצה ובכללם מחשבים, מסכים, מקלדות, עכברים.* התקנה ותפעול תקלות אפליקטיביות, תקלות תקשורת, טלפוניה.* מתן מענה לתקלות מעבר לשעות העבודה בהתאם לסבב כוננות בצוות.דרישות התפקיד:* לפחות שנתיים ניסיון כאיש Help Desk מהמגזר הפרטי בארגון המונה 150 עובדים ויותר.* היכרות עם מערכות הפעלה שונות בסביבת חלונות.* היכרות עם מוצרי אופיס.* הסמכות בתחומי תשתיות המחשוב ו/או תקשורת- יתרון.* חרוץ, אדיב, נעים, בעל תודעת שירות גבוהה, יכולת למידה עצמית, דייקן ואחראי.
