למותג האיפור המוביל Natasha Denona דרוש/ה יועץ/ת מכירות עבור בית הספר לאיפור!הזדמנות מצוינת לאנשי מכירות חזקים שרוצים להתפתח ולהתקדם בתחום.עמלות ותנאים מצוינים למתאימ/ה!משרה במרכז תל אביב.במסגרת התפקיד:• ביצוע מכירות בפועל – טיפול בלידים חמים, שיחות מכירה, פגישות ייעוץ וסגירת עסקאות.• ליווי מועמדים משלב הפנייה ועד ההרשמה לקורס.• עבודה שוטפת מול מחלקת השיווק לשיפור איכות הלידים ואחוזי ההמרה.• עמידה ביעדי מכירה אישיים וקבוצתיים.• זיהוי מגמות, נקודות לשיפור והצעת פתרונות להגדלת אחוזי סגירה.• מעורבות בתהליכי מכירה, שיפור שיטות עבודה וייעול תהליכים.דרישות התפקיד:• ניסיון במכירות טלפוניות ו/או פרונטליות – חובה.• יכולת ניתוח נתונים, עבודה עם דוחות ועמידה ביעדים.• כישורי תקשורת ויחסי אנוש מצוינים.• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות CRM – יתרון.• זיקה לעולמות הביוטי – יתרון משמעותי.המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.
