In-Store Specialist – Retail Partner Support

About the role

As an In‑Store Specialist you will support EssilorLuxottica’s sales activities with key retail partners across Israel, ensuring strong in‑store visibility and optimal positioning of our eyewear brands. You will work directly in top‑selling stores, communicate brand stories to sales teams and analyse market data to drive sell‑out performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an ongoing presence in top‑selling shops to promote brand visibility.
• Communicate selling stories to retailers’ sales teams to enhance sell‑out of EssilorLuxottica brands.
• Ensure the right product portfolio and appropriate stock levels in each store.
• Optimize brand visibility in‑store and coordinate trade‑execution strategies with the Marketing department.
• Analyse sell‑in and sell‑out data, generating actionable insights for internal teams and top customers.
• Maintain close relationships with retailer executives and influence field sales teams.
• Identify sales opportunities and flag potential issues.

Required profile

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple internal and external tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near‑native).
• Self‑motivated, autodidactic learner capable of acquiring new knowledge independently.
• Fast learner who quickly grasps new concepts and adapts to changing environments.
• Advanced analytical skills for generating insights from compiled data reports.
• Understanding of fashion trends and industry dynamics.
• Effective time‑management and task‑prioritisation.
• Valid driver’s licence.
