About the role
We are a leading high‑tech company seeking a Sales Team Leader to manage a small team of 5‑6 sales representatives while staying actively involved in selling.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of 5‑6 sales representatives to achieve their targets.
- Remain hands‑on in the sales process, handling hot leads and closing deals.
- Meet personal sales quotas and drive overall team performance.
- Oversee a customer‑service team when relevant.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a sales representative looking to step into a management role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet personal and team sales targets.
- Experience managing a customer‑service team is a plus.
What we offer
- Base salary of 12,000 ILS plus Keren Hishtalmut and performance bonuses, up to 16,000 ILS total.
- Full‑time onsite position in Givatayim, Monday‑Friday 09:00‑18:00.
