NPI Test Engineer

About the role

Motorola Solutions is hiring an NPI Test Engineer in Ra'anana within its New Product Introduction Engineering department. This team develops process and test solutions while products mature during the new product life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full product testing lifecycle, from requirements analysis and test plan creation to execution, defect tracking and reporting.
• Work closely with R&D, design and manufacturing teams to integrate testing into the product development process.
• Establish and maintain high standards for product quality and reliability through effective testing methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate potential testing risks and challenges.
• Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, issues and overall product quality to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong background in LabVIEW development.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and RF testing principles and applications.
• Extensive programming experience in C, C# and C++.
• Proven experience managing and leading technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies such as agile and waterfall, and test automation frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
