Neuroscience Medical Science Liaison (Ukraine & Israel)

About the role

We are looking for a field‑based Medical Science Liaison to support neuroscience and psychiatry therapeutic areas across Ukraine and Israel. The MSL will act as the primary scientific bridge between Syneos Health and healthcare professionals, delivering balanced scientific exchange and supporting clinical research initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, patient advocacy groups and medical societies in the neuroscience and psychiatry community.
• Deliver accurate, compliant scientific exchange on disease management, emerging data and therapeutic developments.
• Identify medical insights, unmet needs and treatment trends to inform regional medical strategy.
• Support clinical research activities including site identification, feasibility assessments and patient recruitment.
• Develop and execute territory medical engagement plans aligned with global objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access and Pharmacovigilance.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent) with significant experience in neuroscience or psychiatry.
• Proven track record of engaging healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders through scientific exchange.
• Experience supporting clinical trials, including site selection and investigator engagement.
• Strong ability to interpret, analyse and communicate complex scientific data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with fluency in English and relevant local languages.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory, including international travel.
