About the role
Vishay is looking for a Manufacturing Operator to support production activities at its Migdal Ha'Emek plant in Israel. You will work on a production line that manufactures discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components for a wide range of high‑tech markets.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with production plans and maintain overall line efficiency.
- Follow internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable regulations.
- Execute and supervise front‑end and back‑end manufacturing processes according to specified procedures.
- Cooperate with maintenance technicians and other internal interfaces.
- Monitor and verify continuous product quality.
