Luxury Spa Manager – Jaffa Temple

L.RAPHAEL Genève is seeking a dynamic Luxury Spa Manager to lead the prestigious Jaffa Temple spa. You will be responsible for delivering an unforgettable, high‑end guest experience while driving operational excellence and revenue growth in one of the world’s most exclusive wellness destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring flawless service across all treatments and facilities.
• Design and implement luxury guest journeys that consistently exceed the expectations of high‑profile clientele.
• Drive revenue through treatment bookings, retail prescription, and strategic upselling while monitoring key performance indicators.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and spa standards to guarantee efficiency and excellence.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the spa team in collaboration with regional leadership.
• Coach therapists on L.RAPHAEL protocols, product knowledge, and luxury service standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining consistent quality and service excellence across the Jaffa Temple.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury spa or 5‑star hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑end guest experiences and leading teams.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew; French is a strong advantage.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a natural embodiment of luxury standards.
• Passion for wellness, longevity, and Swiss‑quality products.
