About the role

The Guest Relations Manager is the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay. You will act as a Guest Experience Expert, guiding visitors through check‑in, stay, and check‑out while delivering personalized service that reflects the Sheraton brand.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of guest services, from processing operational needs to handling special requests.
Prepare and submit daily reports and operational documentation.
Provide guests with local area highlights and recommendations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times.
Move throughout the property, standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior related work experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

No specific technical skills required; ability to provide excellent guest service and perform physical tasks as described.
