Legal Officer

About the role

The Legal Officer will serve as the primary source of legal counsel for all divisions within the organization, ensuring that business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying legal risks and providing clear, actionable advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to internal teams across the company.
• Respond promptly and professionally to legal issues as they arise.
• Maintain continuous interaction with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements and legal documents, primarily in English.

Required profile

• LLB degree and a valid Israeli Bar Association licence.
• 2–3 years of commercial experience either as in‑house counsel or at a leading law firm.
• Additional degree in economics or business is a plus.
• Fluent in both Hebrew and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and manage a busy schedule.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and highly diligent.
