Legal Counsel

About the role

Travelier, a fast‑growing travel‑tech company, is looking for a Legal Counsel to support its expanding global operations. You will work across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, drafting contracts, and advising internal teams on a wide range of legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as licensing, distribution, cooperation and affiliation contracts.
• Oversee corporate compliance and support day‑to‑day corporate governance and company secretarial duties across the Travelier group.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, HR, R&D, operations and finance on legal issues in various jurisdictions.
• Provide advice on employment matters, including employment agreements and social benefits, for multiple locations.
• Partner with corporate teams (supply, finance, tax, M&A, operations) to implement international subsidiary projects.
• Engage and coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.

Required profile

• Law degree (LLB) and active bar membership.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a commercial/corporate lawyer in both law‑firm and in‑house settings.
• Fluent English (native or full professional proficiency); additional language such as Spanish is a plus.
• Broad knowledge of corporate law, contracts and employment law.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
