Legal Counsel – Investments Division

About the role

Menora Mivtachim's Investments Division Legal Department is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support for a leading Israeli institutional investor. You will work closely with senior investment professionals on a wide range of public and private market transactions, both locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing legal advice on public markets, securities investments, capital markets, and institutional‑investor regulatory matters.
• Support corporate governance, shareholder rights, and private‑equity, private‑credit, infrastructure, and real‑estate transactions.
• Negotiate and draft investment, financing, and commercial agreements in Hebrew and English.
• Handle regulatory issues applicable to institutional investors.
• Assist transactions from structuring through execution and portfolio management.

Required profile

• Israeli qualified lawyer with 4–6 years of post‑qualification experience.
• LL.B. from a leading academic institution.
• Experience at a top law firm in capital markets, securities, M&A, banking & finance, private equity, or investment funds.
• In‑house experience in a financial institution or familiarity with institutional‑investor regulation is a strong advantage.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in Hebrew and English, strong business mindset, and ability to manage complex matters independently.
