Language Analyst - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Language Analyst to help train AI chat‑bots in both Hebrew and English. You will interact with conversational models, evaluate their performance and create new dialogue scenarios to improve their linguistic capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in realistic conversations with AI chat‑bots in Hebrew and English to assess their progress.
• Design and write novel conversation scripts that teach the models appropriate responses.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, relevance and overall performance.
• Provide detailed feedback and quality metrics to guide model refinement.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Hebrew.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in linguistics or language analysis.
• Current or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Hebrew language.
• Proficiency in English language.
