Key Account Specialist - Advanced Surgery (North and Central Israel)

About the role

Baxter is looking for an Advanced Surgery Sales professional to drive new account development and expand existing accounts across an established territory covering North and Central Israel. The role carries full responsibility for sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating room staff and hospital administration.
• Develop and implement local and regional sales strategies.
• Maintain and grow on-label use of Baxter products through education and in-servicing.
• Monitor product sales and work with Marketing, Customer Service and Operations.
• Attend regional and local surgical conferences and support marketing events aligned with sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of relevant medical device or healthcare sales experience in an operating room environment.
• Proven hospital sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience in the MedTech industry, in a surgical and OR environment, and familiarity with Advanced Surgery products.
• Good understanding of hospital tender processes and procurement pathways.
• Valid driver's license required.

Required skills

• Demonstrated experience in surgical specialties, with knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Strong analytical skills, including working with sales data, performance metrics and numerical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, strong business acumen and customer-focused approach.
• Experience managing and developing distributor relationships is an asset.
