Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Duve is looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative to own the inbound pipeline, engage with potential customers, and qualify opportunities that align with the company’s ideal customer profile. The role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, ensuring fast, high‑quality responses to every lead.

Key responsibilities

• Own the inbound pipeline and guarantee each lead receives a prompt, high‑quality response.
• Convert demo requests into completed meetings and focus on improving show‑rate.
• Identify, prioritize, and qualify high‑potential leads based on business fit and potential revenue.
• Manage follow‑up and nurturing activities to maximize conversion from the inbound funnel.
• Track and manage leads using HubSpot and Salesforce, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to continuously improve lead quality and conversion.
• Help design and optimise workflows and automations for lead response, follow‑up, and nurturing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in SDR, BDR, Business Development, Inbound Sales or a similar customer‑facing role (advantage).
• Strong commercial mindset, business judgment and ability to spot opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
• Proactive, curious, highly organised with a strong follow‑up orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
