Junior System Administrator

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Petah Tikva and serves both the company and its customer sites. The Junior System Administrator will handle day‑to‑day system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and network administration tasks across a variety of IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform system administration and routine maintenance on company and customer infrastructures.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure service continuity.
• Provide technical support to end‑users and resolve incidents promptly.
• Manage network administration tasks, including configuration and monitoring.
• Execute daily IT tasks related to both internal and client environments.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to collaborate effectively.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, Office 365, or Azure are a plus.
