Key responsibilities
- Support organization users, peripherals and production computerized systems.
- Hardware and software installation.
- Systems troubleshooting.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience supporting users and workstations in a Windows / Office environment.
- Knowledge of various Windows operating systems troubleshooting.
- Hands‑on experience with various computer‑manufacture hardware/software vendors.
- Communication and network troubleshooting knowledge.
- Service‑oriented and teamwork capabilities.
- Creative, proactive and self‑motivated attitude.
- Autodidactic learning ability.
- Knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems (advantage).
