IT Infrastructure Specialist (Hybrid, Netanya)

About the role

We are a global company seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and support IT operations across sites in Israel, the US and India, ensuring smooth operation of data centers, cloud infrastructure, networks and end‑user systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage physical and virtual servers in VMware and Hyper‑V environments.
• Oversee SAN/NAS storage and high‑availability solutions.
• Maintain and secure LAN/WAN networks, including Fortinet firewalls and HPE managed switches.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) across multiple tenants.
• Deploy, configure and troubleshoot Windows servers/workstations, Active Directory, Group Policy and patch management.
• Implement endpoint security, encryption, backup, replication and disaster‑recovery solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing data centers, networking and end‑user systems in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Linux and Active Directory.
• Strong expertise in VMware/Hyper‑V, SAN/NAS, Fortinet firewalls and HPE networking.
