Hardware and software installation.
Systems troubleshooting.

Required skills

Hands‑on experience supporting users and workstations in a Windows / Office environment.
Knowledge of various Windows operating systems troubleshooting.
Hands‑on experience with various computer‑manufacture hardware/software vendors.
Communication and network troubleshooting knowledge.
Service‑oriented and teamwork capabilities.
Creative, proactive and self‑motivated attitude.
Autodidactic learning ability.
Knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems (advantage).
