About the role
We are looking for an IT Technician to join the support team of a leading defense organization. The position is based on‑site in Yehud and focuses on delivering reliable technical assistance and maintaining the enterprise IT environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site technical support to end users across the organization.
- Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking components.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in Windows operating systems and related applications.
- Install, configure, and upgrade end‑user equipment and PC hardware.
- Support Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange services.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT/PC Technician in an enterprise setting.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows OS, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
- Proven ability to install and configure PC hardware and network settings.
- Willingness to undergo a security clearance process.
