About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician to join the support team of a leading defense organization. The position is based on‑site in Yehud and focuses on delivering reliable technical assistance and maintaining the enterprise IT environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide on‑site technical support to end users across the organization.
Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking components.
Diagnose and resolve issues in Windows operating systems and related applications.
Install, configure, and upgrade end‑user equipment and PC hardware.
Support Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange services.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT/PC Technician in an enterprise setting.
Hands‑on experience with Windows OS, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
Proven ability to install and configure PC hardware and network settings.
Willingness to undergo a security clearance process.
