International Sales Manager

About the role

Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the global defense industry? We are looking for an International Sales Manager to lead strategic, end‑to‑end sales activities across international defense and government markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex international sales cycles from opportunity identification to contract signing.
• Build long‑term relationships with government organizations, defense customers, and strategic partners.
• Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
• Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes while managing complex commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and program teams to deliver advanced mission‑critical solutions.
• Represent the company at international defense exhibitions and executive‑level meetings worldwide.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international defense sales.
• Experience working with government and defense organizations.
• Strong track record of managing complex, long‑cycle sales processes.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong technical understanding of complex systems.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
