Information Systems Trainer

About the role

Comblack is seeking an Information Systems Trainer & Implementer. The role blends the creation of professional training materials, delivery of face‑to‑face sessions, and hands‑on system implementation for end users. You will identify training needs, support users during rollout, and assist with the transition to new information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training materials such as presentations, user guides, e‑learning content, and instructional videos.
• Deliver face‑to‑face training sessions to end users.
• Implement information systems hands‑on, supporting users throughout the rollout.
• Identify and analyse training needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Provide ongoing assistance during the transition to new systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in information systems training, in a military or civilian environment.
• Hands‑on experience delivering face‑to‑face training and implementing information systems on at least one project.
• Proven ability to develop training materials, including presentations, user guides, e‑learning content, and videos.
• Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to work directly with end users and provide hands‑on support.
