IAM Consultant – Identity & Access Management Expert

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant to lead customer implementations and extend existing identity infrastructures to complex applications. You will work directly with customers, understand their environments, and deliver practical IAM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own IAM implementation projects from scoping to production rollout.
• Collaborate with customer security, identity, IT, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements.
• Configure and integrate identity solutions across applications and environments.
• Implement use cases such as SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning, and application onboarding.
• Scope projects, translate business and technical requirements into implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot integrations, authentication flows, and deployment issues.
• Lead technical workshops, demos, and customer‑facing sessions.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on complex use cases.
• Help build repeatable implementation patterns and technical documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in IAM, identity security, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience delivering IAM projects directly to customers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment with high ownership.

Required skills

• Okta, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk Identity, Saviynt, Google Workspace (or similar platforms).
• SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning, application onboarding.
• SAML, OIDC/OAuth, SCIM, LDAP, Active Directory.
• Enterprise integrations, configuration, APIs, and troubleshooting.
