About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator will support the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted point of contact for both staff and managers. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about people and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
• Serve as the primary HR liaison for employee and manager inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records and coordinate HR administrative tasks.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and organizational projects.
• Assist with performance management cycles, training coordination, and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Participate in cross‑functional HR projects and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Coordinator or Generalist.
• Proven ability to work closely with managers and employees across the organization.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and service‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field (advantageous).
