HR & Talent Partner – Maternity Leave Replacement

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, detail‑oriented HR & Talent Partner to cover a maternity leave. In this temporary role you will own the full employee lifecycle, support managers day‑to‑day, manage end‑to‑end recruitment and act as the administrator of our HR system, HiBob.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees, acting as the go‑to HR partner.
• Partner with managers throughout the employee lifecycle, providing guidance on performance, feedback, engagement, development and team dynamics.
• Identify people‑related needs proactively and deliver insights and recommendations.
• Own and drive core HR processes such as performance review cycles, ensuring consistency and a positive employee experience.
• Handle employee relations matters, escalating complex issues to HR leadership when needed.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding, continuously improve the global onboarding course and track related metrics.
• Manage the off‑boarding process, ensuring a smooth, professional and compliant exit experience.
• Run full‑cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in HR partnering and talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset with strong judgment on employee relations.
• Comfort working in a fast‑changing, global environment.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms, specifically HiBob.
