HR Business Partner – R&D & IT

About the role

Motorola Solutions Israel is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead HR activities for its R&D centre and IT organisation. The role combines strategic partnership with managers, leadership development, and organisational design to support a high‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with and coach managers from team leaders to senior executives across R&D and IT.
• Design, build and deliver leadership and management development programmes for all levels.
• Plan and execute organisational development initiatives, including team building, change management, talent management and org‑design.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, performance management, retention, well‑being and off‑boarding.
• Drive culture and engagement programmes that foster an innovative, inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in the high‑tech sector.
• Deep familiarity with R&D and/or IT groups and their specific needs.
• Strong background in organisational development and leadership development programmes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• High emotional intelligence, systemic thinking and the ability to influence without formal authority.
