Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate organizational priorities into effective people strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on performance management, employee relations, career development, organizational design, and change management.
• Coach managers to build high‑performing teams and foster a strong leadership culture.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational health initiatives.
• Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through off‑boarding.
• Analyze people data and trends to provide actionable insights for data‑driven decisions.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Facilitate change initiatives during periods of growth and transformation.
• Collaborate with the People team to lead cross‑functional HR projects and programs.
• Champion Connecteam’s culture and values, promoting an inclusive, high‑performing workplace.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to business objectives.
• Proven track record of coaching managers and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Experience driving employee engagement, retention, and organizational health initiatives.
