HR Business Partner – Aviation MRO

About the role

The Aviation Group at Israel Aerospace Industries is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support its Aircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) business line. This hands‑on role combines daily HR support with strategic initiatives, organizational development and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, providing professional HR consultation.
• Lead and support organizational change processes within the MRO business line.
• Implement cross‑organizational HR processes aligned with company strategy, including performance management, knowledge retention, employee development and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including management and employee representatives, to drive execution.
• Analyze HR data, draw insights and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiency, learning and mentoring.
• Provide hands‑on HR support in a dynamic, complex operational environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, working with management.
• At least 2 years across core HR functions such as onboarding, internal mobility, employee retention, off‑boarding, engagement, wellbeing, workforce planning, learning and development.
• Experience in an organization of 300+ employees.
• Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and drive action across different levels.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and a service‑oriented attitude.
