Growth Specialist (Performance Marketing)

About the role

Credible is seeking a Growth Specialist (Performance Marketing) to join its Israel‑based paid marketing team. In this mid‑senior individual‑contributor role you will own Google Ads campaigns across multiple financial verticals, manage budgets, and drive performance against revenue targets. You will work closely with the Senior Performance Marketing Lead and the Head of Performance Marketing in San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise SEM campaigns – keyword research, ad copy, bid management, negative keyword hygiene and match‑type strategy.
• After 2–3 months, expand into remarketing (RLSA, Display, Custom Audiences) and support paid social campaigns.
• Monitor daily performance against GPM and revenue targets, identify under‑performing campaigns and take corrective actions.
• Identify high‑intent keyword clusters and create structured campaigns to capture incremental volume.
• Run A/B tests on headlines, descriptions and calls‑to‑action, document results and apply learnings.
• Coordinate with the PM/CRO team to align landing‑page content and URL structure for Quality Score.
• Contribute to weekly performance reports, flag issues and recommend actions.
• Use Google Ads scripts, bulk uploads and Google Ads Editor to execute changes at scale.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on paid‑media management, primarily Google Ads, in a performance or direct‑response environment.
• Experience managing approximately $500 K per month in Google Ads spend with proven ROAS improvement or CPA reduction.
• Exposure to paid social (Meta/Facebook), remarketing or display and a desire to expand into these channels.
• Mid‑senior level individual contributor with high autonomy and budget ownership.
