Growth Marketing Lead – AI‑Native Demand Engine

About the role

We are seeking an AI‑native Growth Marketing Lead to build and own the demand‑generation engine for our Agentic HR platform. You will define and execute a full‑stack growth motion across mid‑market and enterprise segments, leveraging the latest AI tools to create a self‑sustaining pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own the pipeline generation target and design the growth strategy, including channel mix, budget allocation and experimental framework.
• Run the complete demand‑generation mix – paid, organic, content, email, webinars, ABM, events and executive roundtables – tailored to mid‑market and enterprise buying cycles.
• Build and maintain AI‑powered workflows (intent‑triggered outbound, agent‑run sequences) using tools such as Clay, Claude, n8n, Qualified, HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Implement a disciplined test‑and‑iterate loop across channels, messaging, offers and audiences, scaling what works and cutting what doesn’t.
• Define key metrics, set up reporting cadence and present pipeline performance and spend efficiency to leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Alliances, Product and the C‑suite to ensure tight messaging and high conversion at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• 4+ years of growth marketing or demand‑generation experience in a B2B SaaS or AI‑native company.
• Proven track record of owning a pipeline number and delivering results for both mid‑market and enterprise segments.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑driven agentic workflows and using AI tools for outbound and SDR functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, track and report on funnel metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence creating content for various channels.
