Growth Marketing Lead (AI-Native)

About the role

Gloat is building an Agentic HR platform and needs an AI‑native Growth Marketing Lead to create a demand engine from scratch. You will own the pipeline number, design AI‑powered growth motions, and work closely with sales, alliances, and product.

Key responsibilities

• Own the pipeline generation target and the growth strategy, including channel mix, budget allocation, and experimental framework.
• Design and run the full demand‑generation mix for mid‑market and enterprise buyers (paid, organic, content, email, webinars, ABM, events, executive roundtables).
• Build AI‑native motions such as intent‑triggered outbound, signal‑based plays, and autonomous agent workflows.
• Run a disciplined test‑and‑iterate loop across channels, messaging, offers, and audiences.
• Design, build, and maintain growth workflows in Clay, Claude, n8n, Qualified, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Define key metrics, set up reporting cadence, and present performance and spend efficiency to leadership.
• Collaborate directly with the C‑suite to scale the growth engine without layers or red tape.
• Partner with sales and product to keep messaging tight and conversion high at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• 4+ years in growth marketing or demand generation at a B2B SaaS or AI‑native company, with a proven record of owning a pipeline number.
• Hands‑on experience running both mid‑market and enterprise demand motions.
• Deep experience with AI‑native tech and building agentic workflows (e.g., Claude, n8n, Gumloop, Lindy, or similar).
• Practical experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong funnel fluency and analytical skills to create, track, and report on key metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for creating content and positioning in a technical, category‑defining space.
• Experience marketing a genuinely new category or an agentic/AI product (preferred).
