Growth Manager

About the role

Particle, a global e‑commerce brand in men’s personal care, is looking for a Growth Manager to lead paid media efforts. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and email platforms, driving acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set up new paid campaigns and continuously optimise existing ones.
• Test and refine ad copy and creative assets.
• Monitor pacing and KPIs to stay within allocated budgets.
• Provide detailed performance analysis and data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign launches.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and share best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce performance metrics and financial KPIs.
• Experience handling large creative libraries and media budgets.
• Proven ability to optimise targeting, testing and analysis on a daily basis.
• Fluent English communication skills.
