Marketing Director

About the role

As TREAT's Marketing Director, you will lead marketing efforts to grow the community, drive user engagement, and strengthen the mission of the gaming startup that connects pet lovers with real animals in need. This role offers the chance to shape the overall marketing strategy of a fast‑growing company while creating a global impact on animal welfare.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive growth, engagement and brand recognition.
• Lead user acquisition across all channels, including incentive traffic, retargeting, paid social and other paid media.
• Develop viral creative campaigns and content that resonate with pet lovers worldwide.
• Build and maintain partnerships with influencers, shelters and community leaders.
• Oversee sponsored ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, DSPs and incentive networks, working closely with platform representatives.
• Analyze marketing metrics, track KPIs and adjust strategies to meet growth and ROI targets.
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable marketing directions.
• Recruit, mentor and lead a high‑performing marketing team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UA Team Lead, Head of UA or senior UA role with hands‑on performance marketing expertise.
• Deep hands‑on experience with incentive traffic and retargeting.
• Track record of managing large paid‑media budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google and DSPs.
• Strong proficiency with mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer and/or Singular.
• Background in marketing mobile B2C apps, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Demonstrated ability to create viral content and lead successful campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience building AI agents to automate and scale marketing workflows.
• Fluent English communication, native level preferred.
• Genuine passion for animals and pet welfare.
