Global Demand & S&OP Planning Manager

About the role

Orbia's Precision Irrigation business, Netafim, is looking for a Global Demand & S&OP Planning Manager in Givatayim. The role drives S&OP excellence across Netafim by leading global planning processes, enhancing systems and ensuring alignment between demand and supply. It calls for strong leadership, strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Global Demand & S&OP Planning team and implement the S&OP culture roadmap.
• Design and implement S&OP methods, tools and best practices.
• Provide inputs to global supply planning within an integrated process.
• Improve planning processes for efficiency, accuracy and agility.
• Own the planning systems roadmap (Jedox, SO99) and drive adoption, and evaluate new planning technologies.
• Lead and support local S&OP processes aligned with global standards.
• Drive scenario planning, including risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• 5+ years leading S&OP (demand, supply, production, inventory).
• Experience implementing planning in global organizations.
• Strong training, facilitation and presentation skills, and experience with change management methodologies.
• Fluent in English.
