About the role

Join our winning team as Global Controller! Cyolo is a leading cybersecurity company focused on securing remote access for organizations operating in critical and sensitive environments. We are looking for a highly skilled, hands‑on professional to own Cyolo’s global accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the parent company and subsidiaries.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage end‑to‑end global accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee Bookkeeper & Payroll Accountant, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, tax filings, payroll requirements in Israel and the U.S.
• Implement and maintain transfer pricing policies and intercompany reconciliations.
• Apply ASC 606 revenue recognition policies and improve related processes.
• Establish, document, and continuously improve accounting policies, internal controls, and scalable financial processes.
• Coordinate annual audit and act as primary contact for auditors and tax advisors.
• Support equity plan administration and stock‑based compensation accounting.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions.
• Identify and implement systems, automation, and AI‑based solutions to enhance finance efficiency.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Big 4 experience.
• 6+ years of accounting and finance experience, including a Controller role.
• Proven experience in a global high‑tech, SaaS or cybersecurity company.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and stock‑based compensation.
• Experience managing complex close processes across multiple legal entities.
• Understanding of financial controls, statutory reporting, payroll, and tax compliance in Israel and the U.S.
• Leadership experience overseeing accounting and payroll teams.
• High proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
