Funding Specialist (Sales Representative) – Tel Aviv

About the role

We are looking for a Funding Specialist (Sales Representative) to join our Tel Aviv office. In this Sales Development Representative role you will generate new business opportunities for Premium Merchant Funding, a fintech company that provides merchant cash advances and business loans to high‑risk small and medium‑size enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 300+ proactive outreach activities each day (cold calls, emails, social media) to identify potential clients.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to understand client challenges and propose tailored financial solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with small‑business owners.
• Achieve and exceed targets of at least 10 new accounts per month.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitor offerings and market shifts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, B2B or financial services.
• Willingness to work US hours, Monday‑Thursday, 10‑14 hour shifts from the office.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (or similar).
