FP&A Implementation Manager

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Implementation Manager to own customer success by leading the implementation of the Datarails platform for finance teams in US firms. You will work closely with CFOs, VPs and Directors of Finance to automate budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding and ensure a smooth implementation of the Datarails solution.
• Simplify and convert existing financial models into automated workflows.
• Provide expert guidance on budgeting, forecasting and reporting best practices.
• Deliver strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and drive business impact.
• Build lasting relationships with finance professionals and offer ongoing support throughout the client lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in finance or FP&A with deep knowledge of corporate finance processes.
• Native or high‑level English speaker; Hebrew proficiency is mandatory.
• Advanced Excel expertise, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and financial modeling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage C‑level executives.
• Experience with BI tools, ERP systems and software implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
