פאלמו נדל"ן, חברת נדל"ן המתמחה ביזום ומכירת נכסים ביוון, מחפשת מנהל/ת חשבונות ראשי/ת לניהול הנה"ח עד מאזן עבור קבוצת חברות פרויקטליות, חברות אם ובנות בארץ ובחו"ל.

אחריות מרכזית

ניהול הנה"ח מלא עד מאזן.
טיפול בחשבונות בין-חברתיים והתאמות.
עבודה שוטפת מול רו"ח ויועצים.
ביצוע סגירות חודשיות, רבעוניות ושנתיות.
מעקב תשלומים והקצאת עלויות בין חברות ופרויקטים.

פרופיל נדרש

תעודת הנה"ח סוג 3 – חובה.
ניסיון משמעותי כמנהל/ת חשבונות עד מאזן, באופן עצמאי.
ניסיון עם חברות SPV/פרויקטליות – יתרון משמעותי.
ניסיון בסביבת חברות אם/בת/קשורות.
שליטה גבוהה ב-Excel ובמערכות הנה"ח.
אנגלית ברמה טובה – חובה.

כישורים נדרשים

Excel ברמה מתקדמת.
מערכות הנה"ח.
