FP&A Business Unit Manager

We are looking for an FP&A Business Unit Manager for one of our business units in Netanya. Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and ongoing FP&A processes for the business unit.
• Drive financial control for projects and engineering organizations.
• Build executive management reports and the unit’s monthly reporting packages.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data in support of company financial statements.
• Process and analyze economic data, translate insights into business implications, and identify trends, gaps and deviations.
• Provide rolling forecasts, monitor expenses and revenues, and partner with internal and external managerial interfaces.
• Support the implementation and improvement of financial control systems.
• Perform economic and accounting analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration (MBA is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, including working with ASC606.
• High level of English.
• Leadership ability to influence and mobilize managers and teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, organization and self‑discipline.

Required skills

• Very high proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ASC606 accounting standard.
