Founding GTM Engineer – Build AI‑Driven Go‑to‑Market Stack

About the role

Chamelio is creating an AI‑native operating system for in‑house legal teams. As a Founding GTM Engineer you will design and own the full technical stack that powers our go‑to‑market engine, turning product usage data and market signals into automated sales actions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the GTM architecture linking CRM, enrichment services, outbound channels, product analytics (PostHog) and marketing signals.
• Build automated prospecting, scoring, routing and personalization workflows using tools such as Attio, Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, Zapmail, n8n and Zapier.
• Develop and maintain outbound email and LinkedIn infrastructure, managing deliverability, domains, sequencing and inbox routing.
• Create AI agents that perform account research, lead qualification, follow‑ups and pipeline intelligence via LLM APIs.
• Translate product usage and intent data into actionable GTM triggers and dashboards.
• Write custom code (Python/JavaScript) and API integrations when no‑code platforms are insufficient.
• Own lead scoring, lifecycle stages, attribution, CRM hygiene and reporting.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience building GTM, growth or RevOps systems.
• Proven track record delivering production workflows with tools like Clay, Attio, Smartlead, HeyReach, Zapmail, PostHog, n8n or Zapier.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication and database concepts.
• Ability to write production‑grade Python or JavaScript and create custom integrations.
• Experience with LLM APIs and building practical AI or agentic workflows.
• Deep understanding of CRM architecture, lead routing, attribution and reporting.
