Fintech & Capital Markets Regulation Attorney

About the role

Herzog Fox & Neeman is seeking an attorney to join its Fintech & Capital Markets Regulation team. The role involves advising leading Israeli and international financial institutions and fintech companies on securities, capital markets and emerging financial technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on securities, capital markets and fintech regulation.
• Supporting international financial institutions operating in or entering the Israeli market.
• Advising fintech companies on regulatory structuring, licensing and ongoing activities.
• Working on innovative financial products and emerging areas of financial regulation.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English – mandatory.
• Strong interest in financial regulation, capital markets and fintech.
• Experience at a leading law firm, financial institution, fintech company or the Israel Securities Authority.
